Part of the plan is to start up production of the Saab 9-3 in 15 weeks time. It seems that Youngman has found a way to work around the GM issues. Some parts of the 9-3 can be sourced through non-GM channels. The lawyer representing Youngman has said that the firm would seek to develop technology not controlled by GM.
